New Patient

Caring for Kids Pediatrics would love to welcome you to our family.   However, please take note that we follow the vaccine schedule as recommended by the AAP.

Vaccinations are a crucial part of preventive healthcare, particularly for children. By following the immunization schedule recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics, we ensure our patients receive vaccines at the optimal time, providing the highest level of protection against vaccine-preventable diseases through a proven and safe approach.

Adhering to this schedule is not only essential for individual health, but also for the health of our community. High vaccination rates help prevent outbreaks of vaccine-preventable diseases, protecting both the child and the wider community. Together, we are safeguarding the health of everyone.

Same Day Visits

Unfortunately, we do not accept walk-in visits. Please call to make an appointment. Same day visits are available. We ask that you call our office prior to coming in. We will make every effort to take care of your child as soon as possible. If no appointment slots are available you will be given recommendations by the physician.

Your First Appointment

  • Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time to complete any required registration forms.
  • Bring your insurance card to every appointment. We will verify your insurance and personal information at each visit.
  • If you have any questions about becoming a new patient, please do not hesitate to call the office nearest you.

Cancelled Appointments

If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please notify our office 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Doing so enables us to use your appointment slot for other patients. Please note that you can cancel your appointments through your reminder text messages. This policy benefits you and others.  Unfortunately, if you miss a scheduled appointment or fail to cancel in a timely manner, you will be considered a “No Show” and subject to a monetary fee.
